The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We have been trading for 11 years, we are GLAA licensed, members of REC & ALP and are SafeRec+ and FCSA Recruitment Partners. All payroll is in-house PAYE.
We are growing our business and we have Senior Recruitment Consultant opportunities to join our existing team in our Eastern Hub, based on Bridge Street in the Heart of Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11. This office was established in 2018, has an existing client and worker base, and is billing weekly.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you are expected to work with our existing team, leading new and lapsed client sales and service in a full 360 role. We do Driving, Industrial, and GLAA work, so we are only looking for experienced 360 Driving or Industrial Recruitment Consultants.
We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. Our work hours are flexible based around 9-5 or 8-4 with Friday early finish and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable.

Commission is paid monthly and we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional 'extra' bonuses and competitions based on growth. Basic salary is based on your experience, between £30,000 and £35,000 starting salary based on your recent experience in the role, reviewed monthly based on performance.
