The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We have been trading for 11 years, we are GLAA licenced, members of REC & ALP and are SafeRec+ and FCSA Recruitment Partners. All payroll is in-house PAYE.
We are growing our business and we have Recruitment Consultant opportunities in our Southern Hub, based in Bedford. We do Driving, Industrial, and GLAA work, so we are only looking for experienced 360 Driving or Industrial Recruitment Consultants. If you haven't done this before, or don't know what this role involves, please do not apply.
We like you to follow a client through from start to finish, so 360 sales and service experience is a requirement. We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. We don’t micro-manage but you are expected to bill.
Our work hours are flexible based around 9-5 or 8-4 with Friday early finish, and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable. Average working hours across our business are 35 hours a week.

We promote from within first and want you to be happy, so the tools for the job and commission are here and don’t move. Commission is paid monthly and we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional "extra" bonuses and competitions based on growth.
Basic salary is based on your experience, between £29,000 and £34,500 starting salary, reviewed monthly based on performance. Genuine average OTE is £47,000+. We could have written an all singing ad but we find being straight and having a conversation always works better.
