The Staffing Network are recruiting HGV Class 2 Trade Waste Drivers on behalf of a well-established waste management company based at Quarrington Depot. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work, paid breaks, overtime opportunities, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

You will be responsible for the collection and transportation of commercial waste using a modern fleet of Class 2 vehicles. This role involves early morning starts, regular routes, and delivering a professional service to customers while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out commercial waste collections in line with scheduled routes
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
  • Ensure all collections are completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Comply with all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Health & Safety regulations
  • Follow company procedures and waste management legislation

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual duties where required
