Job Description The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.\n \nThe Staffing Network looking for a Driver Debrief Clerk for our esteemed client in Corby. \n Key Responsibilities: \n ·Conduct end-of-shift debriefs with drivers to gather feedback, discuss incidents or delays, and confirm route completion \n ·Brief drivers at shift start, including route instructions, schedule, customer requirements, and safety protocols \n ·Verify driver licence validity and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements \n ·Process delivery notes, POD documents, and associated transport paperwork accurately and within deadlines \n ·Record driver absences, escalating patterns of concern where required \n ·Monitor and input any non-conformance issues into the system for resolution tracking \n ·Liaise with the wider traffic and transport planning team to address any operational issues in real-time \n ·Support customer service engagement when needed, ensuring courteous and helpful interactions \n ·Maintain comprehensive logs and ensure secure handling of all documents and sensitive data \n Location - Corby (NN17) \n Hours - 6am to 6pm (Start & Finish time can vary depending on schedule) \n Shifts - Monday to Friday \n Pay - £30,750 Per year \n Contact - Sam or Simon on 0121 289 3499 \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
