Recruitment Consultant Senior in Wakefield, West Yorkshire

The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.

We have been trading since 2015, being based in Wakefield since 2023.

We service the following markerts – Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence, Sedex and REC members.

We are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop new business and service our existing clients in the Northern areas ( North West, Yorkshire, North Lincs ) based from Wakefield.

Experience of working in the Driving or Industrial, Warehousing or Field Recruitment markets.

The ideal candidate would be an existing Recruitment Consultant / Senior with a hunger for sales and experience of the Recruitment Agency market.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

• Work with our current team
• identifying growth of the branch and division you are working in.
• building client relationships through service and sales
• making telephone calls to new and existing clients
• meeting clients
• setting charge rates
• ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless.
• dedication to growing our client footprint in the Northern area
