The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We operate from a number of sites across the UK and we have been trading since 2015. The business specialises in Driving and Industrial Recruitment including HGV drivers, production and warehousing staff, office staff and field workers. We hold a GLAA licence and are REC and ALP Members.

Due to relocation of our Northern Hub Office, we are looking to add to our existing team in our new location based in Featherstone, Pontefract. This is a High Street Shop Front with ample on street parking.

We require

* High Street Recruitment Agency Office 360 sales and servicing Recruitment experience, minimum 1 year experience

* Experience of driving or industrial / warehousing 360 Recruitment.

* Experience of Business Development including converting new business and warm client sales leads, telemarketing to potential new clients

* Client servicing and financial planning including face to face client meetings and commercials

* The understanding of and ambition to grow and build your desk

* Experience dealing with recruitment compliance

* The ability to communicate with our diverse workforce.

* The will to succeed with support from Management Team

We offer:-

* Industry standard salary from approx £28,000 to £35,000 basic salary dependant on experience (negotiable)

* This role would suit a Recruitment Consultant looking to make a move up or an experienced Senior Recruiter

* The desks are billing and the Hub Office is well established

* We currently operate mainly in the Driving and Industrial markets – we are looking for additional regional growth in our Driving, Industrial and GLAA field work but may consider other markets

* We dont have regions or restrictions that you must work with – freedom to grow your desk

* Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly paid margin commission and new client bonuses from day 1

* Monthly sales and growth bonuses

* 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm work hours with early finish if your work is done

* Achievable targets based on your skill sets

* Mobile phone and laptop
