We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Recruitment business based in the Wakefield area. You will be inheriting team of consultants, with an existing logistics client base. You will play a big part in all aspects of the role from helping to fill bookings when needed to coaching and mentoring members of the team. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B recruitment role to be considered for this position. Other Duties * Provide Overall Branch Support * Conduct Daily Morning Meetings * Set and Monitor KPI\’s for Branch Staff * Lead by example in a full 360 recruitment capacity * Attend Management Meetings * Liaise with Regional BDM * Provide weekly forecasting to senior management team * Ensure compliance with relevant law, regulations and policies * Schedule regular service visits with clients to ensure consistency of service Benefits * 25 days holiday plus 8 days public holidays * 2 wellbeing days * Birthday off * Subsidised Fuel Card * Casual Dress * Early finish Fridays Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 2pm
