The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We are growing our business and we have Recruitment Consultant opportunities in the Harlow area. We are operating in this area already and are now looking to open an office! The role initially involves working remotely but will become office based in early 2026.

We are only looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at the moment, so if you haven't done this before, or don't know what it is, please do not apply. We are looking for two 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team - 1 for Industrial and 1 for Driving. We only want to speak to individuals who have worked in Driving or Industrial recruitment recently.

You will be required to make sales calls to clients both old and new, deal with the recruitment of new workers and the requirements of our current workers on a day to day basis. A good understanding of Industrial or Driving Recruitment legislation is essential. You will need a current driving licence and your own vehicle to make client visits; fuel is provided via a fuel card.

We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. With commission, you can earn up to £46,000 and the basic salary is from £30,000 to £36,500 based on recent work experience. Our work hours are flexible based around 9am - 5pm with a Friday early finish.
