We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Shunter Driver to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Corby. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment and is happy to support different areas of the operation when needed.

Main Responsibilities:
- Safely shunting vehicles and trailers around site
- Moving bins, skips, and materials across the yard
- Supporting general yard and site operations
- Assisting with loading and unloading when required
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience within waste, recycling, yard, or industrial environments preferred
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to support operational duties
Desirable Skills:
- Forklift licence advantageous
- Loading shovel licence advantageous
- Candidates without loading shovel experience may still be considered, as training and upskilling opportunities may be available for the right person.
