The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and we are looking for experienced Class 2 drivers to work at one of the UKs largest wholesalers of plumbing, heating, bathroom & fire products. Their aim is to provide national & independent merchants with a leading distribution service in the industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out vehicle checks before you leave site
- Multi Drop
- Delivering goods within our transhipment network
- Manual Handling will be required
- Keeping your vehicle clean and tidy
- Safe clean driving
- Being productive and adhering to set delivery times
- Ensuring you are working safely
Requirements:
- Licence: Valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
- CPC/Card: Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience: Minimum 6 months recent Class 2 driving experience is desirable
- Safe Operation: Ensure safe driving and adherence to all road regulations
- Load Security: Ensure Deliveries are loaded/unloaded safely and efficiently
- Administration: Keep paperwork and vehicle checks updated
