The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the Day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Shift: 5 days out of 7
Hours: 07:30-18:00
Pay rate: Β£13.42 per hour (Β£15.04 inc holiday pay rolled up)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage
- Stack items safely and efficiently
- Pick items as per the guidelines provided
- Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas
- Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line
- Move goods around site and load trailers
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
