The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. We are hiring Warehouse operatives with FLT licence (reach or counter balance) to work in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 18.30 to 05.00 on Nights, 06.00 - 18.00 Days
Pay rate: £13.47 basic (£15.10 inc hol pay) Days, £14.37 (£16.10 inc Holidays). Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage.
- Stack items safely and efficiently.
- Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
- Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
- Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
- Move goods around site and load trailers.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role.
- Must hold a valid Counter balance or Reach FLT Licence.
