The Staffing Network are a national labour provider. We are looking for Plant/Flower nursery picking and packing operatives to join a busy nursery team in Spalding.
Day shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 07:00 - 18:00
Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h
Duties include:
- Planting & potting
- Picking/packing/labelling pot flowers/plants
- General nursery work
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Able to carry out physical tasks and manual handling up to 20kgs
