Hours: 07:00 - 18:00

Pay rate: £12.71 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transplanting, packing, re-potting, watering, weeding, plant arrangement
  • Sowing seeds and planting bulbs
  • Labelling pots and other general duties
  • Wrapping pallets, setting up trays and trolleys
  • Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Managers or Supervisors
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Working Conditions and Requirements:
  • Climate-controlled greenhouse
  • Requires walking and standing for long periods
  • Hours work shift, including weekends and early mornings
Required Skills:
  • Physical Fitness
  • Ability to lift, pack, and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in horticulture role is advantageous but not necessary
