Key Responsibilities:- Transplanting, packing, re-potting, watering, weeding, plant arrangement
- Sowing seeds and planting bulbs
- Labelling pots and other general duties
- Wrapping pallets, setting up trays and trolleys
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Managers or Supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Climate-controlled greenhouse
- Requires walking and standing for long periods
- Hours work shift, including weekends and early mornings
- Physical Fitness
- Ability to lift, pack, and stand for long periods
- Previous experience in horticulture role is advantageous but not necessary
- Own transport essential due to location
