The Staffing Network is looking for an enthusiastic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team in Featherstone. You will be joining a busy, established desk supporting clients across the driving and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to work across other areas when new requirements come in.
Previous recruitment experience is essential. A driving licence and vehicle are essential to be able to attend client meetings.
What you will be doing:
- Writing engaging job adverts and posting them across job boards and social media.
- Making cold calls to prospective businesses and building strong client relationships.
- Sharing the on-call phone, on a rota basis as part of the wider team.
