The Staffing Network is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy Waste & Recycling operation based in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady weekday work, early finishes, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities with a well-established operation.

Pay & Hours

  • £16.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday only
  • Shift options: 4:00am - 1:30pm, 5:00am - 2:30pm
  • 30-minute unpaid break
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Immediate starts available

The Role

  • Drive and operate a HGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
  • Collect residential and commercial waste across planned routes
  • Work alongside loaders during collections
  • Assist with moving and returning wheelie bins where required
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
  • Maintain high safety standards while operating in public areas

What We're Looking For

  • Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
  • Minimum 90 days recent Class 2 driving within the last 6 months
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card & CPC Card
  • Previous waste & recycling industry experience is essential
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
  • Comfortable with physical work and outdoor working conditions
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
