We are operating in this area already and are now looking to open an office! The role initially involves working remotely but will become office based in mid 2026.
We are looking for two 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team - 1 for Industrial and 1 for Driving. We only want to speak to individuals who have worked in Driving or Industrial recruitment recently. Basic sales and service experience is a requirement.
It is a 360 role, meaning there are business to business sales, client and worker management and all other parts of a 360 role are required. You will be required to make sales calls to clients both old and new, deal with the recruitment of new workers and the requirements of our current workers on a day to day basis. A good understanding of Industrial or Driving Recruitment legislation is essential.
You will need a current driving licence and your own vehicle to make client visits; fuel is provided via a fuel card. We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. With commission, you can earn up to £46,000 and basic salary is from £27,000 to £33,000 based on recent work experience.
Our work hours are flexible based around 9am - 5pm with Friday early finish. Our targets are achievable and you are provided with weekly figures, monthly targets and our commission structure is easy to understand. We have a staff reward discount app that offers up to 75% off online and 10% off on high street via vouchers that you buy. You will receive 33 days holiday per year plus your Birthday after the probationary period.
Comprehensive Healthcare with Dental, Hearing and Visual (including glasses) is provided. You will get a laptop, a phone, full support to help you grow and access to job boards. We promote from within first and want you to be happy, so the tools for the job and commission are here.
Commission is paid monthly - we offer plan bonuses and new client bonuses, along with occasional 'extra' bonuses and competitions based on growth in your branch and desk.
