Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11

Shift: Day shift 4 On 4 Off

Hours: 07:00 18:00 (12h shift)

Pay rate: £12.71 p/h OT available after 48h

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting and Grading
  • Inspect fruits to remove damaged or defective produce and sort by size, variety, and quality.
  • Packing fruit into containers, punnets, or boxes according to specific company or customer specifications.
  • Labelling accurately packages with weight, batch codes, and product information.
  • General Duties: handle, stack, and move boxes, sometimes requiring light lifting.
  • Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Managers or Supervisors.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Climate-controlled environment.

  • Requires walking and standing for long periods.
  • Hours work shift, including weekends, and early mornings.
