Our client is a leading logistics and distribution company, committed to providing exceptional delivery services across the UK. The Staffing Network is currently looking for experienced FLT Drivers to join us for night shift operations. If you’re a reliable, safety-conscious, and efficient driver, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview: As an FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely operating a Forklift Truck (FLT), moving goods, and ensuring that the distribution process runs smoothly and efficiently during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience operating an FLT in a warehouse or distribution environment, along with a strong commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) within the warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Load, unload, and move goods between different areas of the warehouse.
  • Ensure the accurate storing and stacking of goods in the correct locations.
  • Conduct daily checks on the FLT and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all company health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid FLT license (Counterbalance and Reach truck preferred).
  • Previous experience operating FLTs in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
