Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Lunch: 1 hour.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role involving customer communication, general administration, and supplier invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Make outbound calls to customers as required
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Complete general administrative duties
  • Process and manage supplier invoices accurately
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support the wider office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
