The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and we are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy Waste & Recycling operation in Oxford. If you're looking for steady work, weekly pay, strong weekend rates, and long-term opportunities, this role offers guaranteed hours and immediate starts with a well-established operation.

Pay Rates

  • Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour
  • Saturday: £23.94 per hour
  • Sunday: £27.00 per hour

Bonuses

  • £250 bonus after 4 full weeks
  • Additional £250 bonus after 8 weeks

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
  • Drivers must be flexible to work:
    • AM Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm
    • PM Shift: 12:30pm - 7:00pm (Shifts are planned in advance.)

The Role

  • Driving and operating a HGV Class 2 refuse vehicle
  • Residential and commercial waste collections
  • Working alongside loaders on planned routes
  • Daily vehicle checks and safe vehicle operation
  • Following transport and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
  • Minimum 90 days recent Class 2 driving experience
  • Reliable and flexible attitude
  • Waste industry experience preferred but not essential
