The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and we are recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy waste collection team in the Crawley area. This is a steady, ongoing role with regular hours, early finishes, and a clear temp-to-perm opportunity.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 refuse (dustcart) vehicle
- Working as part of a 3-person crew
- Collecting domestic and commercial waste across local routes
- Assisting with loading when required
- Operating safely in residential areas
This is a physical role, suited to drivers who are happy to be hands-on and work as part of a team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm
- Early finishes most days

What We’re Looking For
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (minimum 6 months)
