The Staffing Network are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Worker to join our client based in Cannock. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, modification, and maintenance of sheet metal and ductwork systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while working safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, manufacture sheet metal ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Machine Operating - Guillotine, Press Operating.
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit sheet metal components using hand and power tools.
- Assemble HVAC ductwork, fittings, grilles, diffusers, and associated components.
- Carry out modifications, repairs, and maintenance of existing ductwork systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to required industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, Ductwork Installer, or HVAC Duct Fitter.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of ductwork installation methods and sheet metal fabrication.
- Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
