HGV 1 (LGV C+E) drivers required to work from Northallerton, DL8.
Type of Work: Curtain-side logistics, mainly trunking and drop & swap operations. Loads are fragile, requiring a steady, professional driving style. Occasional self-tipping (rare) at St Helens. Deliveries into DCs or inter-depot trunking at Wakefield.
Shift Patterns: Northallerton (KJD13L): Nights only. Flexible shift patterns available, including 5 on / 3 off, 4 on / 4 off, Sunday to Thursday. Willingness to work at least one weekend shift is ideal.
Pay Rates:
- Days (Mon-Fri): £16.00 per hour PAYE, £17.93 inc Holiday pay
- Nights (Mon-Fri): £17.00 per hour PAYE, £19.11 inc Holiday pay
- Saturday: £18.00 per hour PAYE, £20.25 inc Holiday pay
- Sunday: £19.00 per hour PAYE, £21.38 inc Holiday pay
All applicants must hold a current LGV C+E driving licence, DQC and Digicard. Minimum 2 years Class 1 (C+E) experience with recent driving experience within the last 6 months. No more than 6 points on licence. No CD, IN, DR or TT endorsements.
