The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We are growing our business and we have a Recruitment Branch Manager role available in our Halesowen office based in the heart of the West Midlands.
This role would suit an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or Senior Consultant looking to make the next move in their career. We are only looking for experienced 360 Driving or Industrial Recruitment Consultants at the moment, so if you haven't done this before, or don't know what it is, please do not apply.
We do Driving, Industrial, Commercial and GLAA work, so we only want to speak with people who have done this before. We like you to follow a client through from start to finish, so 360 sales and service experience is a requirement.
This role involves day-to-day management of a newly established office in Halesowen, which includes but is not limited to:
- Managing branch staff
- Sales to both new and lapsed clients
- Servicing any new client requests
- Establishing ways to grow the branch
- Ensuring compliance of workers and clients in the branch
- Liaising and reporting branch progress to the Senior Management Team
Experience within a similar role in Driving or Industrial Recruitment (360 & A-Z) would be preferred, but the role would suit an experienced Senior Consultant from a similar role.
We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. We don't micro-manage but you are expected to bill. Our work hours are flexible based around 9-5 with Friday early finish and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable. Average working hours across our business are 35 hours a week.

You will get the usual a laptop, a phone, full support to help you grow and access to job boards. We have cups, pens, desk pads and all of the other items for visits and you get fuel cards.
We promote from within first and want you to be happy, so the tools for the job and commission are here and donβt move. Commission is paid monthly and we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional "extra" bonuses and competitions based on growth. Genuine average OTE is Β£52,500+.
