We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our team providing house cleaning, property maintenance, gardening, and general upkeep services. The role involves working across residential and commercial properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be practical, trustworthy, physically fit, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, and regular house cleaning services
  • Perform general property maintenance tasks and basic repairs
  • Assist with painting and decorating work when required
  • Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces including:
    • Grass cutting
    • Hedge trimming
    • Weeding
    • Pressure washing
    • General tidying
  • Remove rubbish and dispose of waste responsibly
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to management
  • Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Travel between different properties as required
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
