We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join our growing team based in Birmingham. This role involves operating machinery, supporting production processes, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth production
- Carry out basic machine set-up and adjustments where required
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Report faults, breakdowns, or maintenance issues promptly
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work to production targets and deadlines
- Assist with general warehouse or production duties when required
- Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
- Experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery
