The Staffing Network are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Multi Plant Operative to join our client based in Wembley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plant Operator, Loading Shovel Driver, or 360 Excavator Operator to work within a busy waste and recycling facility, operating mobile plant machinery in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Multi Plant Operative, you will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently to support the day-to-day running of the waste transfer station.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Loading Shovel and 360 Excavator machinery safely and efficiently.
- Move, load, and manage waste and recyclable materials around the site.
- Support general site operations and material handling.
- Carry out daily plant inspections and report any defects.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Work effectively as part of the night shift team.
Requirements
- Valid Loading Shovel licence (essential).
- Valid 360 Excavator licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating Loading Shovel and 360 machinery.
- Experience working within a waste management, recycling, transfer station, quarry, construction, or industrial environment is desirable.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
