We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the Day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Shift: 5 days out of 7
Hours: 07:30- 18:00
Pay rate: Β£13.00
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage
- Stack items safely and efficiently
- Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
- Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
- Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
- Lift heavy weights up to 20kg as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
