The Stables in Milton Keynes is seeking a Cook & Kitchen Assistant to join the Hospitality Department, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and supporting the Chef on duty. You will work as part of a small kitchen team to ensure the smooth preparation and service of food to a high standard.
You will handle food prep, stock, hygiene and HACCP guidelines, assist in dish delivery, and help keep the kitchen clean and organised, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
