The St Marylebone Church of England Bridge School is seeking a School Business & Operations Lead to act as the operational heart of our small special needs school in Westminster. You will bridge HR, finance and admin, delivering precise, compliant processes and hands-on support to staff, families and visitors. Reporting to the Head of School, you will champion data accuracy, procurement, recruitment cycles and safeguarding compliance, while maintaining a warm front-of-house presence.
