Salary: NJC points 16 - 25, depending on experience: £36,422 - £41,636 pa.

We wish to appoint an exceptional PA to join our dedicated team of support staff, who will support the Headteacher and SLT (Senior Leadership Team). This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a great school and to be part of the wider school community. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organisational and forward-planning skills, administrative efficiency and the ability to learn and use data and communications systems. We are looking for a forward-thinking, self-starter, with high professional standards, warmth and kindness and the ability to be calm, collected and self-assured at all times.
About the role:
- In this varied role you will have responsibility for co-ordinating the diary of the Headteacher and members of the SLT, scheduling meetings and ensuring the Headteacher is fully briefed.
- You will fulfil administrative duties and make a significant contribution to the administrative operations of the School, including attending and supporting meetings.
- You will organise and manage school events, data systems and communications which enable the smooth operation of the School.
- You will also deal with school communications via email, the school website and weekly St Marylebone Bulletin.
