We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Chef who works well alone and as part of a strong and talented team. Requirements:
- Proven previous, relevant experience in this role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of established techniques

- Ability to work on your own at times
Responsibilities:
- Working under and reporting to the Golf Club’s Sous Chef
- Deliver first-class food service with new menus set by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness
- Strictly adhere to food safety standards
- Take ownership of tasks set by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
