Role Description The Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Portsmouth, responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of facilities management contracts across SSH Group’s client portfolio. This position manages contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, implementation, performance monitoring, and renewal, ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and compliance requirements are met. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, managing budgets and cost control, and preparing regular reports on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.
