- Baker Duties
- Monitor oven temperatures, proofers, and baking cycles to ensure quality.
- Decorate and finish products using icings, glazes, frostings, or fondants.
- Track daily inventory, inspect ingredient quality, and restock supplies.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all work areas, ovens, and baking tools.
- Providing the appropriate service and product information
- Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
- Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
- Providing quotations and checking product availability
- Handling payment transactions
- Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers
