About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading IT service delivery across a cluster of schools
- Line managing and developing IT technicians
- Acting as the primary IT contact for academy leadership
- Providing second line technical support and escalation
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, security and GDPR
- Supporting projects such as upgrades, rollouts and migrations
- Promoting best practice, consistency and customer service
