The Spread Eagle is a family owned and run business and with thirty-nine delightful bedrooms and a modern Spa housed in one of England\'s oldest coaching inns dating back to 1430. History, character and charm await you around every corner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our motivated Reception team ensuring friendly and hospitable service is delivered effectively and efficiently with the highest levels of customer service.
As Hotel Receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our guests either over the phone or in person. You will love meeting people and offering friendly and professional service.
It\'s a busy job with lots going on all of the time, you need to be organised and able to multi task and all with a big smile. Welcoming our guests whether it\'s their first visit or they are one of our many regular visitors, we need to make them all feel special.
The Reception team take bedroom reservations, this is on our Maestro system, although previous knowledge of this system is not essential, you must be used to working on computers. Training is given on our specific systems.
The role involves working early and late shifts and weekend work.
A perfect job for someone who enjoys meeting new people and working as part of a team.
It\'s hard work, but rewarding and working for a small, privately owned company, you will soon become part of the family.
