Working closely with our AI/ML and Occupational Psychologist teams, you’ll shape how hiring teams understand talent and make their most important decisions. Own a key product area, working closely with the Head of Product to balance strategic direction with effective day-to-day execution Develop a strong understanding of user needs through a combination of qualitative research, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis Work closely with Engineering and Commercial to translate user, business, and operational needs into clear, deliverable requirements Collaborate proactively across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and commercial teams to align priorities and drive delivery Stay close to implementation details and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, not just at the planning stage Identify clear success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance and inform prioritisation Proven experience managing complex web-based SaaS products in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments Excellent prioritisation skills, balancing user needs, commercial priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints Strong execution and delivery skills, with experience shipping impactful products at pace Comfortable creating wireframes, user flows, and lightweight UX concepts where needed Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible AI product development principles Experience working with agile product development methodologies in remote or distributed teams Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment technology, or people operations tooling Experience using AI-assisted product development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Lovable, Cursor, or similar Health insurance Enhanced pension Nursery salary sacrifice scheme ️ 25 days holiday Remote-first Work from home budget Dental cover Wellbeing allowance ✈️ Travel insurance Electric car scheme Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion And no matter your race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, or disability, we will empower you to unleash your superpower to help us create a world where everyone is able to utilise their unique blend of skills and abilities to contribute to the greater good.
