We’re scouting for an Assistant Venue Manager, the vice-captain to keep the team focused, the venue buzzing and ready to make every game day count.
Key Plays:
- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
- Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
- Be the go-to when the captain is away. Keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class
What you’ll bring:
- 2 years hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
