We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our Central HR Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting leaders across our family of schools, ensuring that our colleagues receive excellent HR support and that our academies can focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our children and young people.
As a trusted HR professional, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of people matters, working closely with Principals, senior leaders and central colleagues to deliver people solutions that support our values, culture and strategic objectives.
You will line manage and support HR Advisors, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and consistent HR service across the Trust.
Working closely with the Director of HR, you will play a key role in delivering the Trust's HR policies and strategy, supporting workforce planning, talent development, employee wellbeing, organisational change, recruitment and retention initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and making a positive impact across a diverse and dynamic Multi Academy Trust.
About You
- Has substantial experience working in a generalist HR or People advisory role.
- Has strong employee relations experience and confidence managing complex casework.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Can build credibility and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- Is committed to supporting an inclusive, high-performing workforce.
Essential
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Trust sites.
Desirable
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- Experience within the education sector, academy trusts or public sector organisations.
