Contractual Hours: 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out servicing, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance across our equipment.
- Working with other Engineers within the depot.
- Working closely with our Drivers and Hire Desk team to ensure equipment repairs and maintenance are prioritised effectively, helping us keep our fleet safe, reliable and available for our customers.
What you’ll need
- A strong mechanical engineering background
- Practical experience of small engine repairs, servicing and fault finding
- Proven ability to maintain and repair mechanical or plant equipment to a high standard
- Previous experience within the plant hire industry or a similar engineering environment would be advantageous
- NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable
- A practical, hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving faults
- A flexible and collaborative approach to supporting the wider depot team
- Ability to support your business unit and team in delivering our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
