The focus is primarily on OOH with an approximate 80:20 split on Print campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication, deliver against business outcomes, and drive campaign success against briefs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage OOH campaigns (roadside, rail, underground) and Print campaigns (door drops, direct mail, magazines, newspapers).
  • Act as an OOH expert, advising on effective solutions to meet objectives and budgets.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, ensuring activities align with wider marketing goals.
  • Work with vendors, publishers, and media owners to secure placements, negotiate rates, and manage bookings.
  • Monitor delivery and performance; analyse data, provide actionable reporting, and respond to clients with PCA/MBR/QBR.
  • Negotiate media space and rates to maximise commercial outcomes and optimise spend.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and client services teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of client spend.
  • Support new‑business pitches with channel insight, audience recommendations, and campaign details.
  • Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in OOH and Print media.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the UK Print and OOH media landscape with hands‑on experience in planning, buying, and managing campaigns.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills; able to collaborate with teams, clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, seeking ways to optimise campaigns and propose new ideas.
  • Working Conditions & Benefits
  • Minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
  • Flexible working options available.
  • 9‑day fortnight – staff have every other Friday off.
  • Employee share options and a benefits package supporting long‑term growth and wellbeing.

The What's Possible Group is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.

We welcome applications from all, regardless of race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or age.
