The Spanish Way FC is looking for passionate and motivated football coaches to join our growing academy based in Fulham, London. We work with players from U5 to U12, delivering sessions inspired by Spanish football methodology, with a strong focus on technical development, decision-making, creativity and understanding of the game through realistic game situations. This is a part-time paid role ideal for coaches who are passionate about youth development and want to be part of an ambitious and modern coaching environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in line with the club methodology
  • Create a positive and professional learning environment for young players
  • Support the individual development of players both technically and personally
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents and staff
  • Represent the values and standards of The Spanish Way FC at all times

Requirements:

  • FA Level 1 minimum requirement
  • UEFA C Licence preferred
  • Currently living in London area
  • Previous experience coaching grassroots or academy players is desirable
  • Passion for coaching and talent development is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn
  • Up to date DBS
  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not mandatory
