The Spanish Way FC is a football club located in Fulham, Chelsea, Battersea, Wandsworth and Richmond. We offer individual and group training programs as well as holistic development for players of any age or ability. Our aim is to provide high-quality football sessions for everyone, from 18 months all the way through to 12 years old.
We are looking for passionate and highly qualified football coaches to join our community of coaches. We are a sports club committed to developing young players and coaching correct technique which promotes quality football. Responsibilities:
- Planning fun and engaging training sessions for players of all ages and levels.
- Delivering sessions focusing on specific individual and team skills for players.
- Promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline on the field.
- Collaborating with coaching and development staff to enhance engagement in each session.
- Staying up to date with the latest training trends and methodologies.
- Creating a positive role model persona as an example for young players.
- Brand ambassador – Promoting TheSpanishWay where possible.
Requirements:
- Passion for football and talent development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate players.
- Introduction to Football qualification (FA Level 1).
- Safeguarding children in Football qualification.
- Introduction to First-Aid in football qualification.
- Up to date DBS.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Spanish speaking (preferred)
