Due to the location of the Estate, a driving licence is recommended for this role.

Our Spa Cleaner

As our Spa Cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an outstanding experience for every guest who visits our Spa, Wellness and Fitness facilities.

Working closely with the wider Spa team, you’ll ensure our beautiful spaces are spotlessly clean, fully stocked and presented to the highest possible standard.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys working as part of a team and understands how exceptional cleanliness contributes to unforgettable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and organise our Spa, Wellness and Fitness facilities, including wet areas, thermal suites, treatment rooms and changing facilities.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene throughout guest and colleague areas.
  • Replenish laundry, amenities and other essential supplies across the department.
  • Monitor stock levels and support the reordering of operating and guest supplies.
  • Follow deep‑cleaning and targeted cleaning schedules for guest‑facing and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Report maintenance or repair requirements and coordinate with Engineering and other relevant teams.
  • Support the daily operation of the Spa and assist with guest services when required.
  • Work collaboratively with Spa colleagues and other departments across the Estate.
