Overview

We are currently looking for a Wellbeing and Inclusion Co-ordinator to join The Sovini Group. Responsibilities

  • To support the development, implementation and promotion of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that create a positive, inclusive and healthy working environment across the Group. This role supports the organisation’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, along with health and wellbeing to ensure all staff feel valued, supported and engaged.
  • Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
  • Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required for specific events.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge

  • Experience or knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly in relation to storage, disclosure and retention of personal information (advantageous but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, particularly in relation to site safety (advantageous but not essential).
