Responsibilities
Be responsible for coordinating and optimising operative schedules to ensure repairs and maintenance appointments are delivered efficiently and service targets are achieved. Working closely with customers, operatives, supervisors, subcontractors and customer service teams, you will schedule and monitor appointments, manage diary changes, respond to service demands, and ensure jobs are completed and closed accurately. You will proactively communicate with customers regarding appointments and delays, monitor performance and KPIs, process authorised works, order materials, maintain accurate records and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and health and safety compliance.
