We are currently looking for a PASMA Operative to join Teal Scaffold, part of The Sovini Group. Responsibilities:
- To erect and dismantle scaffolds for various tasks, including complex design structures proprietary scaffold systems.
- Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation.
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
To be successful in a PASMA Operative role, the skills you will need:
- PASMA U Card
- Ability to safely erect and dismantle PASMA tower scaffold
- Experience working in a scaffold business
- A full understanding of the various methods used under PASMA to erect and dismantle scaffolds
- Completing works on both Construction Sites and Live Residential Properties
- Basic financial understanding of key targets for your team on a daily and weekly basis
- Ability to complete scaffold inspections and audits applicable to your PASMA credentials
- Effective communication at all levels in the business
- Excellent understanding of the vision for Teal Scaffold as communicated through the Sovini Group
- Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high quality service
- A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email

Experience or knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- CITB Health and Safety
- CSCS card
- Driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
