We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative (Joiner) to join Sovini Property Services, part of The Sovini Group. Responsibilities
- A Multi Skilled Operative (Joiner) who will ensure that all customer homes are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- Be proficient in most of the following activities - installation of kitchens and bathrooms, joinery/carpentry, sheet and tiled flooring, plumbing, plastering and tiling.
- Ensure that works are completed within the target response times.
- Provide a high standard of service to all customers.
- Ensure all PPE issued is always accounted for and kept safe and secure.
- Use, wear and apply all PPE issued by Sovini Property Services.
- Assist colleagues where necessary to ensure Sovini Property Services obligations are completely fulfilled.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
