We are currently looking for a Driver/Labourer to join Teal Scaffold at The Sovini Group. Responsibilities
- Assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems.
- Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation.
Skills
- Ability to assist in the ‘erect and dismantle’ of scaffold in a safe compliant manner.
- Experience working in a scaffold business.
- Experience of working on various site types.
- Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders.
- Effective communication at all levels in the business.
- Excellent understanding of the vision for Teal Scaffold as communicated through the Sovini Group.
- Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service.
- A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
- To demonstrate The Sovini Group’s values in your day‑to‑day job role – Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise.
- Driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months plus class 1 to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
Desirable qualifications
- CISRS or CSCS card
- PASMA U card
- Basic financial understanding of key targets for your team on a daily and weekly basis
