We are currently looking for a Driver/Labourer to join Teal Scaffold at The Sovini Group. Responsibilities

  • Assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems.
  • Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation.

Skills

  • Ability to assist in the ‘erect and dismantle’ of scaffold in a safe compliant manner.
  • Experience working in a scaffold business.
  • Experience of working on various site types.
  • Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders.
  • Effective communication at all levels in the business.
  • Excellent understanding of the vision for Teal Scaffold as communicated through the Sovini Group.
  • Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service.
  • A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
  • To demonstrate The Sovini Group’s values in your day‑to‑day job role – Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise.
  • Driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months plus class 1 to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle.

Desirable qualifications

  • CISRS or CSCS card
  • PASMA U card
  • Basic financial understanding of key targets for your team on a daily and weekly basis
